**WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS**
Returns are difficult for small business, so we encourage you to buy carefully and thoughtfully.
If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is defective, we are happy to contact the brand on your behalf after bringing the item back to the store. In-store exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis, and MUST be pre-approved. See terms below.

*If you'd like us to reach out to the brand about a defective or ineffective item, or inquire about an exchange, email us at hello@rooftopfruit.co within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Include your order number, the item(s) about which you're inquiring, and details about the issue or exchange. If approved, we'll send instruction for return.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt (this can be digital). We reserve the right to refuse any return. Items that are ineligible for return or sent to us without first emailing can be shipped back to you for a $10 fee, or you may forfeit the returned item.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Online and in-person purchases can be returned via mail or in store.
If return is accepted, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
