At St. Agrestis we're Negroni obsessed. From the iconic cocktail's history to its many variations, we believe the Negroni is the world’s greatest cocktail. That's why we celebrate the Negroni with different ready-to-drink formats, including our award-winning Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni®.
Produced and bottled by us at our Brooklyn, NY distillery, the Phony Negroni® is made with 30 non-GMO, organic ingredients. With nuanced notes of piney citrus and florals, it drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail expect, alcohol free. A touch of carbonation is also added to help mimic the bite that alcohol typically provides.
Made ready to drink, all you need is a bottle opener to enjoy the same award-winning beverage served at countless Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned cocktail bars across the United States, Canada & Japan (with more destinations soon). Enjoy chilled straight from the bottle or over ice with an orange twist.
What's in the Phony Negroni®?
The St. Agrestis Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni® is a unique combination of 30 real, raw non-GMO organic botanicals from five continents across the world. While we do not highlight all 30 of these 'natural flavors' to protect our full recipe, these botanicals fall within three core categories: floral, citrus & bitter. And while we hit the gin and citrus notes, the Phony Negroni does NOT contain juniper or grapefruit, and will never have artificial color added.
Unlike many non-alcoholic spirits, wines and beers, the Phony Negroni® is not a spirituous product that is dealcoholized. To produce it, we tapped into over a decade of spirits distillation experience to create a one-of-a-kind, proprietary production process unlike any other that allows us to maintain all of the flavors, aromas, color and mouthfeel of a proper cocktail, sans alcohol.
The Phony Negroni® only uses organic cane sugar from the Caribbean, which allows us to perfectly balance the cocktail and adds a silky texture on the palette that cocktail drinkers expect.
The final result is non-alcoholic Negroni safe for all occasions!
